LA PLATA is a  20.98 mt / 62 ft luxury trawler, built by Howard Chen – SELENE TRAWLERS  and delivered in 2008. Her top speed is 11.5kn . She boasts a maximum cruising range of 2000 nm at 8kn with power coming from two 405 hp CUMMINS diesel engines. She can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 crew members. Designed by the architect Ken Freivokh, the Selene 62′ is the perfect blue water yacht for short handed usage or with crew.

The Selene 62 brings together quality, comfort,  and long range capability. The luxurious and practical layout consists of a superb three stateroom arrangement with crew quarters aft, all with ensuite heads. The owner enjoys a full-beam master stateroom complete with writing desk, vanity and full-height wardrobes.The pilothouse provides very good visibility, with two Diamond Sea Glaze Dutch doors to the Portuguese bridge and a dedicated stair up to the flybridge.
